Khulna University:

Khulna University is one of the public universities in Bangladesh. It is established on 31 August 1991. It is situated at Gallamari, Batiaghata, Khulna. Khulna University has 18 disciplines under 5 schools and one institute.

Khulna University of Engineering & Technology:

Khulna University of Engineering & Technology (KUET) is one of the best engineering universities in Bangladesh. It was established as Khulna Engineering College in 1974. In 2003 Khulna Engineering College became today’s KUET. Khulna University of Engineering & Technology offers B. Sc. Engineering degree in undergraduate program as well as M. Sc. Engineering, M.Phil. and Ph.D. degrees.

 
Khulna Medical College:

Khulna Medical College is only Govt. Medical College in Khulna Division. It is established in 1992. It is a medical institution with the Khulna Medical College and Hospital.

                       

Govt. B.L College:

Govt. Brajalal College (BL college) is a famous college in Khulna City. It is situated at Daulatpur in Khulna. It is one of the oldest higher educational institution in Bangladesh.B.L College established it first as Hindu Academy in July 1902. It offers Honours and Masters courses.

Azam Khan Govt. Commerce College:

Azam Khan Govt. Commerce College is a commerce based college. It is located in the middle khulna city. This college was established in 1953. AKCC offers Under Graduate Honours (BBS Hons) in Accounting, Management, Finance & Banking,  Marketing and Master´s degree (MBS) in Accounting and Management under National University.
